This advanced overlock machine is easier to use and promises superior cost effectiveness.

The machine achieves beautifully finished seams of improved quality even when run at a high speed.

The machine is widely applicable to the sewing of light (like silk, chiffon, lace)- to heavier materials (2-3 layers of 2 ply denim). Since the machine is provided with a needle thread take-up mechanism and a looper thread take-up lever, it ensures high-quality, well-tensed and soft seams with a beautiful texture which flexibly correspond to the elasticity of the materials even when run at speeds as high as 7,000 sti/min. In addition, the machine has a wider and brighter needle entry and provides improved responsiveness to the materials, thereby helping the operator use the machine more easily. The optimally-balanced design of the machine reduces both operating noise and vibration, contributing to more comfortable sewing work.

The Juki DNU 1541S is a single needle, straight stitch, walking foot industrial beast of a machine. The higher lift of the presser foot lifts up to 16mm/ 0.63 making ideal for heavy layers of material. The machine delivers increased productivity at a sewing speed as high as 2,500 SPM with a 18.5 inch throat. This machine has the option of a needle positioner and/or casters for an additional fee. In addition, the ratio between the alternating vertical movements of the walking foot and presser foot remains unchanged even when the material thickness changes. With this feature, the machine sews multi-layered parts of the material consistently and without stitch gathering. The machine is equipped as standard with a mechanism to correct uneven material feed by making-micro adjustments to the bottom-feed. Compared with the elliptical feed, the rectangular feed helps reduce gathered stitches. JUKI Simple Series sewing machine LK-1900S has been designed to have simplified and narrowed down capabilities that are essentially required to produce JUKI's established seam quality. In addition, it supports the operator with the voice guidance system to improve work efficiency. Juki's quality is achieved by simple functions: Higher Productivity This sewing machine shortens the total cycle time with its improved capabilities such as the maximum sewing speed of 3,200 sti/min, quick acceleration at the beginning of sewing and quick deceleration at the end of sewing, increased thread trimming speed and work clamp foot lifting speed. This sewing machine quickly carries out sewing of various kinds of sewing patterns The sewing machine is provided as standard with 51 sewing patterns with different stitch directions and number of stitches, such as large bartacking, small bartacking, straight line tacking. The operator can select the best-suited sewing pattern according to the given process. (In some cases, the work clamp foot and other parts may be required to be changed. The sewing machine provides the sewing area of 30mm(length) × 40mm(width). With its large sewing area, this sewing machine can be fully utilized for sewing various kinds of sewing patterns such as lengthwise bartacking. In addition, the sewing machine has such a large memory capacity to store many different scale ratios, numbers of stitches and numbers of sewing patterns, thereby ensuring improved flexibility. Feed control systems ●The LK-1900S comes in two different types; i.e., S type (Standard) and H type (for Heavy-weight materials). Customers may select one of these types according to their applications. ●The sewing machine has adopted a sufficient-in-power 550-W motor. With this motor, the sewing machine allows the needle to penetrate into heavy-weight materials smoothly. ●Bartacking data contained in a pattern number can be changed with ease by means of the pattern enlargement / reduction function. This operation can be done by entering the scale ratio through the operation panel. ●Standard sewing patterns can be registered to the pattern keys P1 to P50. In addition, the registered patterns P1 through P25 can be called up by a touch of the corresponding pattern key. It is advised to register 25 sewing patterns you use frequently to the pattern keys P1 to P 25 in order to improve workability. ●The operation panel is provided as standard with a USB port. This means that the sewing machine data management and software updating can be carried out with ease by means of the USB port. JUKI NA-11/NA-11UT Direct-drive, 1-needle, Top and Bottom-feed, Lockstitch Machine with Double-capacity Hook

Product Features:

  • Needle thread clamping device

    The needle thread device is standard equipment. As a result, the needle thread at the start of sewing does not come out on the cloth, so the start of sewing beautiful finished seams. Operators use scissors less often and can prevent damage to the material caused by thread picking.

  • Increased productivity by improved operability

    The machine achieves a longer distance from machine arm to needle by adopting a high long arm. This means the machine dramatically increases workability when sewing large products such as sofas and car seats.

  • The direct drive system and the operation panel

    The sewing machine has been integrated with the control box and the operation panel for ease of use. The direct-drive motor system has been adopted by all of the sewing machine. This sewing machine is provided with a high-torque direct-drive motor that supports heavy-weight materials. Thanks to this motor, the sewing machine achieves excellent responsiveness and maintains strong material-penetrating power even when sewing multi-layered parts of material.

  • LED Light

    The LED light is located on the underside of the arm jaw. It reduces operator fatigue and improves work efficiency. It is provided as standard for all models of the NA-11 Series.

  • Feeding mechanism

    The machine’s powerful top & bottom feed demonstrates its performance when sewing leather and heavy fabric. The lift of the presser foot is as high as 16 mm, which responds to the sewing of bucky materials.

  • Horizontal-axis full-rotary double-capacity hook

    The adoption of the horizontal-axis double-capacity hook helps reduce the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby promising sewing work with efficiency. This hook is also helpful not only when sewing with thick thread but also when sewing a long seam length.

  • Mechanism of automatic thread trimmer (NA-11UT)

    The automatic thread trimmer achieves consistent thread trimming regardless of thickness of the thread, i.e., from thin to thick thread. The machine has adopted the rotary thread trimming mechanism which matches, in particular, design stitch with thick thread for furniture and bags. The automatic thread trimmer improves workability and increases productivity. When compared with the sewing machine without a thread trimmer, the NA-11UT substantially decreases the consumption of thread. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.

System 134R is generally used in single needle lockstitch industrial sewing machines. These needles are used with Juki Longarm machines including sit downs (Miyabi J-350QVP, Miyabi QVP S, and TL-2200QVP and TL-2200QVP S).
