At Juki Junkies, we know how excited you are to start sewing — and that’s why we make fast, reliable, and cost-efficient shipping a top priority. As a primarily online platform serving sewists across the globe, we work hard to ensure your order gets to you quickly and safely.
Most orders ship within 1 - 2 business days, and we partner with trusted carriers to provide tracking, insurance, and delivery you can count on. We also offer free shipping on all of our home sewing machines within the contiguous U.S.
Please Note: Shipping times may vary based on product availability or carrier delays (such as weather disruptions or increased seasonal demand), and some larger or specialty items (like industrial machines or tables) may require additional handling time or freight charges. Our team is always here to answer questions, provide updates, or help you plan your purchase around your timeline.
Shipping Information: What to Expect
Juki Domestic Sewing Machines
Juki domestic sewing machines ship free within the contiguous United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore U.S. territories). If you're unsure which machine is best for you, our expert team is happy to help — just call us at 813-661-9000 or email us at customerservice@jukijunkies.com.
Industrial Sewing Machines
Industrial machines are shipped via freight, with a flat rate of $299 applied at checkout. The final shipping cost is calculated after we receive your full shipping address. If the actual shipping cost differs from the flat rate, we will issue a refund (if the cost is lower) or send an invoice for the difference (if higher). Freight shipping typically ranges from $240 to $400.

Please Note: Industrial machines are delivered via semi-truck. If your destination incurs an unusually high charge, we reserve the right to bill the additional amount required by the freight company.
Accessories, Tools, & More
Accessories and merchandise (such as tools, notions, and replacement parts) ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS) within the continental U.S. Orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 incur a $6.99 flat rate, which is added at checkout.
Furniture items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, and the shipping carrier is selected at their discretion.
Please Note: Furniture cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
White Glove Delivery Service
Your sewing cabinet will arrive fully assembled and will be placed in your room of choice.
White Glove Delivery Service is available in select states. To check availability in your area, please call us at 813-661-9000.
Shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free for eligible purchases over $75. For orders under that amount or for expedited shipping, costs are calculated during checkout. Most orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or the United Parcel Service (UPS).

P.O. Boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you enter a P.O. box as your shipping address, your package will ship via USPS, which may affect shipping costs. Machines will not be shipped to P.O. boxes. If you’ve previously had UPS successfully deliver to a P.O. box, contact us directly — we may be able to make accommodations. If a package is denied or rerouted due to a P.O. box issue, any additional charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. If placed before 3:00 PM EST on a weekday, most in-stock items ship same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Please Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Expedited Orders
Expedited shipping refers to the delivery timeline after an order has shipped. Orders do not ship on demand, and expedited options are only available for in-stock items. Special-order or backordered items are not eligible for expedited shipping.

For Canadian customers, shipping charges are based on order total:
- Orders up to $100: $25 shipping
- Orders $100 - $225: $35 shipping
- Orders over $225: $45 shipping

If actual shipping costs are less than the flat rate, we will refund the difference.
Example: If you pay $25 shipping and the actual cost is $15, we’ll refund you $10.

For international customers (outside the U.S. and Canada), shipping charges are based on order total:
