Product Features:

• Needle thread clamping device

  The needle thread device is standard equipment. As a result, the needle thread at the start of sewing does not come out on the cloth, so the start of sewing beautiful finished seams. Operators use scissors less often and can prevent damage to the material caused by thread picking.

• Increased productivity by improved operability

  The machine achieves a longer distance from machine arm to needle by adopting a high long arm. This means the machine dramatically increases workability when sewing large products such as sofas and car seats.

• The direct drive system and the operation panel

  The sewing machine has been integrated with the control box and the operation panel for ease of use. The direct-drive motor system has been adopted by all of the sewing machine. This sewing machine is provided with a high-torque direct-drive motor that supports heavy-weight materials. Thanks to this motor, the sewing machine achieves excellent responsiveness and maintains strong material-penetrating power even when sewing multi-layered parts of material.

• LED Light

  The LED light is located on the underside of the arm jaw. It reduces operator fatigue and improves work efficiency. It is provided as standard for all models of the NA-11 Series.

• Feeding mechanism

  The machine’s powerful top & bottom feed demonstrates its performance when sewing leather and heavy fabric. The lift of the presser foot is as high as 16 mm, which responds to the sewing of bucky materials.

• Horizontal-axis full-rotary double-capacity hook

  The adoption of the horizontal-axis double-capacity hook helps reduce the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby promising sewing work with efficiency. This hook is also helpful not only when sewing with thick thread but also when sewing a long seam length.

• Mechanism of automatic thread trimmer (NA-11UT)

  The automatic thread trimmer achieves consistent thread trimming regardless of thickness of the thread, i.e., from thin to thick thread. The machine has adopted the rotary thread trimming mechanism which matches, in particular, design stitch with thick thread for furniture and bags. The automatic thread trimmer improves workability and increases productivity. When compared with the sewing machine without a thread trimmer, the NA-11UT substantially decreases the consumption of thread. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.

• Colors may appear differently on the computer than they do in person. Please refer to the Glide Color Chart for the most accurate color reference.
• Make sure the magnet side of the bobbin is inserted down into the care for accurate use.
• Remember to remove the check spring from the metal bobbin before using. Failure to do so may lead to tension issues and thread breaks.

System 134R is generally used in single needle lockstitch industrial sewing machines. These needles are used with Juki Longarm machines including sit downs (Miyabi J-350QVP, Miyabi QVP S, and TL-2200QVP and TL-2200QVP S).
