Create beautiful stitches on your quilts with plenty of space with 18 inches of horizontal throat space between the arm of the machine and the needle and 10-inch height, unlike most long arm quilting machines, which only provide an 8-inch height or less. All these amazing capabilities come mounted on a deluxe quilting frame of up to 12 feet.

The Juki DNU 1541S is a single needle, straight stitch, walking foot industrial beast of a machine. 

The higher lift of the presser foot lifts up to 16mm/ 0.63' making it ideal for heavy layers of material.  The machine delivers increased productivity at a sewing speed as high as 2,500 SPM with a 18.5 inch throat.  The alternating vertical movements of the walking foot and presser foot alternate between 2.5 - 6.5mm and it remains unchanged even when the thickness of the material changes.  Table included: Size 47" x 21" Table comes assembled Included: Light, Knee Raise, Bobbin Winder, Pack of Needles, bobbin, thread stand We recommend the servo motor speed control; it’s easier to use for those that don’t require the high speed stitching.  Motor Power: The 1541S has a 650w (just under 1hp) motor. The 1541S with the needle positioner has a 550w (3/4 hp) motor that is also a brushless and digital motor.

Recommended for:  Bag makers, leather work, upholstery, and more. 

Materials: leather, upholstery, marine vinyl This product is sold as a complete unit. It comes delivered on a palette with the table assembled and the machine in a box.  All you have to do is add the belt to the motor, assemble spool holder and tension dials.  Additionally,  machine needs to be dropped into table with safety clips. Returns: Due to the delivery and size of the machine returns are not accepted.  Variations: Due to the nature of industrial sewing machines table colors may vary. Disclaimer: Industrial machines are tough, but due to their weight there may be some minor scratches on the head or the table during shipping.
