The JUKI JIN NA-11 is a direct-drive, 1-needle, top and bottom-feed lockstitch machine designed to handle heavy-weight materials with ease. Standard Features:

• Increased productivity by improved operability: The machine is designed with a longer throat space of 261mm (10.28"), which increases the space between the arm and the needle. This extra room makes it much easier to handle and maneuver large items while sewing.
• Led Light The LED light is located on the underside of the arm jaw. It reduces eye fatigue and improves work efficiency.
• The Direct Drive System and The Operation Panel: The sewing machine has been integrated with the control box and the operation panel for ease of use. The direct-drive motor system has been adopted by all of the sewing machine. This sewing machine is provided with a high-torque direct-drive motor that supports heavy-weight materials. Thanks to this motor, the sewing machine achieves excellent responsiveness and maintains strong material-penetrating power even when sewing multi-layered parts of material.
• Needle Bar Stroke: 37mm
• Needle Thread Clamp: The needle thread clamp holds the thread and pulls it under the material at the start of sewing, helping reduce thread tangling on the backside of the fabric. This creates a cleaner area around the needle entry and allows for the use of different gauge components.
• Feed Mechanism:The machine’s powerful top & bottom feed demonstrates its performance when sewing leather and heavy fabric. The lift of the presser foot is as high as 16 mm, which responds to the sewing of bulky materials.
• Large Capacity Bobbin: The adoption of the horizontal-axis double-capacity hook helps reduce the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby promising sewing work with efficiency. This hook is also helpful not only when sewing with thick thread but also when sewing a long seam length.
• Improved Production Time with Thread Cutter: The automatic thread trimmer achieves consistent thread trimming regardless of thickness of the thread, i.e., from thin to thick thread. The machine has adopted the rotary thread trimming mechanism which matches, in particular, design stitch with thick thread for furniture and bags. The automatic thread trimmer improves workability and increases productivity. When compared with the sewing machine without a thread trimmer, the NA-11UT substantially decreases the consumption of thread. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.
