• Knee Lift Mechanism: The Juki DDL-9000C series offers a presser foot lift range of 5.5 mm by hand, up to 15 mm by knee lever, and from 0.1 mm to 13.5 mm through its adjustable automatic lift (0.1–8.5 mm for the first stage, 8.5–13.5 mm for the second stage.
• Adoption of the needle-thread active tension: Needle tension is digitally controlled! Needle thread tension can be easily set on the operation panel and saved in memory, reducing setup time when switching between projects. While adjusting needle thread tension requires experience, this machine allows you to recall stored tension settings, making it simple to replicate the ideal setup. For example, during topstitching or sewing difficult materials like welting shoulders, the machine adjusts the tension automatically, ensuring consistent, uniform stitches even if the fabrics differ in texture.
• Active presser foot pressure mechanism: The Juki DDL-9000C-FSH features digitally controlled presser foot pressure. In automatic mode, the multi-layered section detection function adjusts the presser foot pressure based on changes in material thickness. In manual mode, the hand switch allows for direct control of the pressure. This active presser foot pressure mechanism helps prevent stitch gathering and loose stitches. Additionally, the machine allows for the simultaneous adjustment of needle thread tension, presser foot pressure, pitch, feed locus, and feed dog height, ensuring all settings are appropriately linked for optimal sewing performance.

• Needle Thread Clamp: The needle thread clamp holds the thread and pulls it under the material at the start of sewing, helping reduce thread tangling on the backside of the fabric. This creates a cleaner area around the needle entry and allows for the use of different gauge components.

This product is sold as a complete unit. Upon delivery, it will arrive on a palette with the table fully assembled and the machine securely packaged in a box. For your convenience, we provide video installation help below to guide you through the process.
