This makes it more energy-efficient and quieter compared to older models. This motor is a quieter and hardly makes noise. It is also draws less electrical power making it more efficient. The motor is the Family S Servo 550 W 3/4 HP.
• Optional Digital Motor for Needle Positioner: When using a needle positioner, a digital motor is used over a servo motor because it offers precise control, instant response, and advanced integration with the machine’s electronics, allowing for accurate needle positioning at specific points. Digital motors provide smooth, efficient power with real-time adjustments for varying tasks, ensuring the needle stops exactly where needed without jerky movements. They are more responsive and capable of fine-tuning the needle’s position.The motor is the brushless Juki J7R 650 W 3/4 HP.

CP-180A

The CP-180A is recommended for sewing difficult-to-sew materials, hard-to-sew parts or for processes in which lots of setup changes are required. With the CP-180A, in addition to the functions of the CP-18A, the speed of stitch adjustment, ON/OFF of the automatic thread trimmer, automatic reverse stitching, double-reverse stitching, constant-dimension sewing, rectangular stitching and multi-layer stitching can be changed over with a finger-tip control, thereby substantially reducing the length of time required for setup changing.
