Juki Domestic Sewing Machines
Juki domestic sewing machines ship free within the contiguous United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore U.S. territories). Industrial Sewing Machines
Industrial sewing machines are shipped via freight, with a flat rate of $299 applied at checkout. The final shipping cost is calculated after we receive your full shipping address. If the actual shipping cost differs from the flat rate, we will issue a refund (if the cost is lower) or send an invoice for the difference (if higher). Freight shipping typically ranges from $240 to $400.

Please Note:
Industrial machines are delivered via semi-truck. If your destination incurs an unusually high charge, we reserve the right to bill the additional amount required by the freight company.

Accessories, Notions, & More
Accessories and merchandise (such as tools, notions, and replacement parts) ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS) within the continental U.S. Orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 incur a $7.99 flat rate, which is added at checkout.
Furniture items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, and the shipping carrier is selected at their discretion.
Please Note: Furniture cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
White Glove Delivery Service
Your sewing cabinet will arrive fully assembled and will be placed in your room of choice.

P.O. Boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you enter a P.O. box as your shipping address, your package will ship via USPS, which may affect shipping costs. Machines will not be shipped to P.O. boxes. If you’ve previously had UPS successfully deliver to a P.O. box, contact us directly — we may be able to make accommodations. If a package is denied or rerouted due to a P.O. box issue, any additional charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. If placed before 3:00 PM EST on a weekday, most in-stock items ship same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Expedited Orders
Expedited shipping refers to the delivery timeline after an order has shipped. Orders do not ship on demand, and expedited options are only available for in-stock items. Special-order or backordered items are not eligible for expedited shipping.
