The system supports reverse feed length setting, condensed stitch, and design stitch, delivering precise, repeatable stitch quality across heavy-weight materials at high speed.
• Presser Foot Lift: An auto-lifter and knee lifter are both provided as standard, sharing motor power with the thread trimmer. Automatic lift: 9mm. Lever lift: 13mm (max.)
• Reverse Feed Lever & Knee-Lifter Stitch Adjustment: A reverse feed lever is standard for easy fine-tuning of feed amount. The machine also offers stitch-length adjustment by knee lifter, letting operators adjust stitch length without using their hands — ideal for processes that require both hands elsewhere.
• Needle Bar Stroke: 36mm — reinforced for the added penetration force needed on heavy and multi-layer materials.
• Nipper Device: This device pulls the needle thread into the underside of the material at the beginning of sewing, ensuring a cleaner seam start and more beautifully finished seams.
• Remaining thread at the end of sewing reduced to 3.5 mm: The Juki DDL-8000C-SHNBA uses a double-blade drive rotary thread-trimming mechanism. By trimming thread just under the needle and using digital pitch condensed stitching, this system consistently leaves no more than 3.5 mm of remnant thread on the material at sewing completion.
• Color LCD Touch Panel: The high-clarity color touch panel makes setting adjustments simple and intuitive, letting you quickly access stitch length, condensed stitch, design stitch, and one-touch changeover between stitch length and maximum sewing speed.
• Control Box & USB Port: The control box is integrated with the machine head for simplified setup, and now includes a standard USB port for charging.
• One-Touch Changeover: Stitch length and maximum sewing speed can be changed over with a one-touch action of the hand switch.
• Two customizable hand switches are provided as standard: Assignable button functions include back-tack stitch, needle up/down stitch, one-stitch sewing, and condensation stitch, among others.
• Juki DDL-8000C-SHNBA Oil Shielding System – Clean, High-Speed Sewing with Advanced Lubrication Design: The DDL-8000C-SHNBA is equipped with JUKI's newly developed automatic oil circulation mechanism, which fundamentally suppresses oil accumulation inside the frame and effectively prevents oil staining from components such as the needle bar. The oil-shielded components have been thoroughly optimized in precision, shape, layout, and even screw count to maximize sealing performance and prevent leakage — enabling efficient, waste-free use of lubrication oil without compromising stitch quality.
• LED Light: The LED lights illuminate the needle entry area from both the right and left sides of the needle bar, providing better visibility than single-direction lighting. Illuminance is adjustable in three steps and can also serve as an auxiliary lamp for enhanced sewing comfort.

What to Expect: Delivery, Setup, and Product Details

This product is sold as a complete unit. Upon delivery, it will arrive on a palette with the table fully assembled and the machine securely packaged in a box. For your convenience, we provide video installation help below to guide you through the process.

• Needle Positioner Orders: If you’ve chosen to add a needle positioner to your machine, please note that the box will be opened by our technicians to install the needle positioner before shipping. This ensures proper installation and quality control, but rest assured, all components will be carefully re-packed for safe delivery.
