The Harriet Sewing Cabinet is a timeless, full-size sewing cabinet featuring a 3-position hydraulic sewing lift, 2 foldable side leaves, and 4 drawers of dedicated sewing storage. The Harriet Sewing Cabinet accommodates sewing machines up to 55lbs, sits on heavy-duty casters for stability and easy mobility, and is ergonomically designed for sewing and quilting comfort.

A home-friendly collapsible footprint makes the Harriet Sewing Cabinet the perfect option for medium to large sewing projects!

PLEASE NOTE: The front panel of the Harriet cabinet is not removable and may not be compatible with some knee lift machines.

Cabinet Layout:

Cabinet Details:

  • 3-position hydraulic lift allows you to go between free arm, flat bed and storage positions.
  • Compatible with custom acrylic sewing inserts to create a totally flush sewing surface.
  • Large lift opening accommodates most standard sewing machines on the market, up to 55lb.
  • 4 large drawers on cabinet’s right side to store notions and accessories.

 

  • 4 interior embroidery hoop storage hooks.
  • Large interior storage cubby.
  • Sturdy design with heavy-duty locking casters for stability and easy mobility.
  • Optional color-matching quilt leaf available to expand your sewing area on the rear of the cabinet.
  • May not be compatible with some knee lift machines.

 

Optional Quilt Leaf Details:

  • Harriet Quilt Leaf adds nearly 6 feet of work area.
  • Reduces friction on quilt for straighter stitches.

 

 

 

Sewing Machine Insert Details:

Your sewing machine must be at least 1" smaller on all sides than the machine opening for the custom insert to fit properly. If your machine is equal to or larger than the opening dimensions, it will not fit.

If you're ordering a custom acrylic sewing insert, this 1" clearance is also required to ensure a proper fit. The insert will ship separately.

All Juki TL machines, and all the computerized machines will fit inside of the drop down but will not give you enough room for an insert to make your work area flush. Shipping Information:

  • Arrow Sewing determines shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS) - this is a drop shipped item.
  • Sewing furniture cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
  • Harriet Sewing Cabinet will arrive in 3 boxes.
  • If ordered, custom acrylic sewing inserts will be shipped separately and delivered later than sewing furniture.
  • Shipping is free for the cabinet unassembled.
  • White glove service ships fully assembled, please contact us to see if your address qualifies.
