At Juki Junkies, we understand that finding the right machine is important. That's why we offer a 60-day return policy on most items, including a wide selection of home sewing machines.
Please Note: Fabric, cut goods, and industrial machines are final sale and not eligible for return. However, our team is always available to help guide your purchase and ensure you select the product that best meets your needs before you buy.
We're proud to say that returns are rare. With the expert support and guidance we provide from the beginning, our return rate is consistently under 1%.
Returns Overview: Sewing Machines, Tools & More
We offer a 60-day return window on home sewing machines to ensure you have ample time to decide if the machine is the right fit for you.
We’re here to help you every step of the way. Some troubleshooting is a normal part of the sewing journey, and we’re happy to guide you through it. For support, call us at 813-661-9000.
How to Initiate A Return:
- Contact Juki Junkies customer service by phone at 813-661-9000 or email customerservice@jukijunkies.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Your request will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours, and our team will follow up to assist you.
Returns for Unopened Machines
You may return or exchange any machine that remains unopened and in its original packaging, with all factory seals intact.
Please Note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. For information on shipping, please visit our Shipping Policy.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- All returned items are subject to inspection prior to refund issuance.
Returns for Opened Machines
Machines that have been opened may be returned for store credit only, provided the following conditions are met:
- The machine must be in its original factory packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, styrofoam, and paperwork must be included.
- The machine components must be undamaged.
Important: If any original components are missing or damaged, a fee may be applied. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and if your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. All returns are inspected prior to the issuance of store credit.
Mailing Labels
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions to guide you through the return process. Please note that if any items or accessories are missing, the refund or store credit amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Order Issues or Defective Products
If there is an issue with your order or the machine arrives defective, please allow us the opportunity to repair or replace the item.
If you decline a repair or replacement, your return will be processed as a standard return, and outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee: Returns missing original accessories or manuals may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives with visible damage to the box, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to take clear photos of the package and the product exactly as you received them.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you're taken care of. You can count on us to support you from start to finish.
Unopened Items
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Opened Items
Items that have been opened but are still in resealable condition may be eligible for a refund, minus:
- A 20% processing fee
- Any applicable shipping costs
If any components or accessories are missing, we reserve the right to deduct their value from your refund.
Items returned in non-resealable condition may qualify for store credit only, and a restocking fee may apply based on the item’s condition.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product, and email us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away.
We’ll ship the correct item promptly and cover all related costs. (And we may even include a little surprise to make things right!)

We’re happy to special order accessories or parts not listed on our website.
Please note that all special orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded due to vendor restrictions, special shipping requirements, or because they cannot be resold once opened. To help you save time, please review the list below before submitting a return request:

Due to Their Custom Nature, Industrial Machines Are Final Sale
All sales of industrial machines are final and non-returnable, as these items are custom-built and prepared to meet your specific needs. Each machine is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure it meets our highest standards before shipment.
To help you choose the right machine for your needs, we strongly recommend speaking with our sales team prior to purchase.
Damaged Deliveries
If your machine arrives damaged, please contact us immediately — preferably while the delivery driver is still present — and take clear photos of the damage. We are committed to your satisfaction and will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.
Additional Notes
- Industrial Machine tables are pre-assembled in our warehouse; as a result, minor scratches may occur during handling.
- Table finishes may vary depending on the distributor selected. While functionality remains the same, the color or surface texture of the table finish may differ slightly.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2 - 5 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
If your refund does not appear in your account after 5 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us.
