What it's Used For:

This foot helps keep the fabric tucked into the guide on left side. With 2 springs, this foot can be used lightweight all the way to heavy layers. Ideal for binding, topstitching, and even zippers. 

  • Sews on the edge at 1.5mm. About 1/16”.

  • If you wish to use this foot for machine binding, you will have to sew your binding on the BACK of your quilt with a 1/4" and then flip the binding to the FRONT of the quilt using this foot to topstitch into place. 
  • If you wish to wish to topstitch your binding on the back of the quilt you will need the right compensating 1.5mm foot. Click here for that option. 
  • This will not work on any computerized machines.
  • This foot is meant for HIGH SHANK machines such as the Juki TL machines. Scroll down for compatible models and video tutorials.
