I own 2 juki 2010 sewing machines one in my home in wisconsin and one in San Miguel de Allende. These machines are virtually trouble free. They sew like speed demons and make a perfect stitch. They are reliable, long lasting, fabulous work horses! I formerly sewed on Bernina 1120s and honestly am having trouble going back to them. These Juki 2010s are the BOMB! There are many similar jukis in the TL line and I assume they function also with great ease.

After a lot of research (and countless hours) looking for a machine so I could start to do some FMQ, I decided on a Juki TL2010Q. Never had I read so many reviews and blogs with the word LOVE, as I found associated with Juki. Well, I’m here to tell you that I, too, have fallen in love with my Juki! A perfect stitch right from the start. It sews through several layers like butter. Basically maintenance-free, just keep it clean and oiled. My Juki is one of those things I’d save in a fire!

My very first machine was a small Singer. I was surprised at how easily it would jam up and stop. After about 3 months of using it, I gave it away and bought my Juki TL2010Q. It was like the difference between driving a Volkswagen Beetle and a Cadillac!! I looooove my 2010!! It has sewn through anything I’ve asked it to with power to spare!! No skipped stitches, no problems whatsoever!! It is the most reliable piece of equipment I have in my bag making arsenal..!!

I absolutely love this machine. I’ve had Singer, Brother and Babylock machines. This is my go to for all my straight stitch needs. From piecing to straight line quilting to even clothing and utility repairs, I couldn’t ask for a better machine than this. She does everything I need her to do. Her name is Matilda, because she waltzes through anything I throw at her!

Was on the fence whether to get a third machine- much less a mechanical Juki!!!
I absolutely- without a doubt- have a perfect quarter inch seam allowance. Ps I’ve been quilting for 17 years!!!
I highly suggest this machine- as well as purchasing from Gigi and Juki Junkies!

Absolutely a dream to sew with

You need to be properly educated on the nuances of this machine even down to inserting the bobbin case (which I realized I was doing wrong). But there’s not much to worry about with it. Since we are fairly rural with no Juki dealers within a 2 hr drive, I wanted a non-computerized, dependable, durable machine to replace a Singer that was just not performing up to the Singer of earlier days. I love having the control and simplicity over maintenance. I began machine piecing and quilting over a year ago and bought this machine soon after. I’ve pieced and free motion quilted on this fun machine several quilts and just finished free motion quilting a king size bed quilt. Others told me I probably wouldn’t want to do such a large quilt on a home machine, but honestly it wasn’t that difficult. I’m very happy with my TL-2010Q

Juki has put the fun back in sewing for me. I bought the 2010q from research one weekend when the store was closed. The next day I received a call from a real live human to discuss the machine with me. They already had my money but they called. I was shocked. Then he told me the delivery date. Another shock at the speed I would get it. I’m 72. Thank heavens I have a strong heart. I know this is long but I’m so happy with service, videos and machine. I was hesitant about buying online but I’m receiving better help than if I had bought from a big fabric store. I feel like family!

My experience with this machine has been perfect. Quick to thread, easy bobbin winding and a dream to sew on anything. I bought mine for making bags that my computerized machine couldn’t handle. This one has handled it with ease. I am glad that I got the one with speed control as I am not that great at that with just my foot. I also love the thread cutter. Cut, move the fabric and just start sewing again. If you are looking for an easy to use, easy to clean, strong machine, I strongly recommend the TL-2010Q.

I’ve had my TL2010Q for about 5 years. I sew bags, quilts and clothing. I had two other computerized machines before getting this, and kept trading them in. I had a couple of bumps in learning this machine, but once I worked with it, I haven’t had any issues. Love this machine!

After trying many machine demos & hours of research I bought my TL2010Q and 6 years later I’m still thrilled with it. I use it daily for piecing and FMQ, but have used it to repair a leather jacket and a heavy canvas bag – very versatile, stands up to anything you want to sew except embroidery stitching. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely in love with my TL – 2010 Q!! ❤️❤️ I can sew over 10 layers of vinyl with ease! It’s simple to use, and I love the way it looks! I was intimidated at first, so it took me a few days to actually try it, but I realized it was even easier to use than the domestic I was using! The customer service at Jukie Junkies is top-notch!

This is by far my all time favorite machine. From the minute I took it out of the box, it has easily tackled every task I have put in front of it. I love the simplicity of the machine and its strength to handle multiple layers with ease.

This machine is a true workhorse. The only issues I’ve ever had with it were User Error…incorrect threading, incorrect bobbin insertion, incorrect well, you get the idea. I was concerned about the oiling…needless worry…it’s a breeze (note: you only have to oil the screw holes once). I loved that my machine was unpacked, tested, threaded, and ready to sew … thanks to Handsome David before Juki’s Junkies sent it to me. There is nothing this machine can’t sew thru…stitches are incredible. I’ve never had to move the tension settings (top or bobbin). The only thing better than this Juki is the customer service from Gigi and her team.

I have had my Juki 2010Q since February 2023. I am really enjoying using this machine. This is the 3rd machine I have owned. A Sears Kenmore in 1977, a Pfaff in 2003 & now this Juki. My sewing consists mostly of piecing quilts. The straight stitch is just perfect for my sewing journey. I love this machine.

I brought my featherweight to the last sewing retreat I went to and midway thought I sure wish I had sense enough to bring my big powerful juki210 which is a workhorse bar none. Lightning fast, easy to zoom with. But really. Never leave home without it folks. It’s an amazing machine’ especially for someone like me who just he’s forward and backwards and never needs a fancy stitch.

The 2010Q is an absolute dream to sew your quilts, bags, household crafts..if you can dream it, the 2010q can sew it. Great for travel too.
