Let’s look over some definitions before going forward
Unopened Products: “Unopened” means the seal on the product or the box the product comes in is intact and items have not been removed from the original packaging.
Opened Products: “Opened” packaging means the product's original seal/factory seal has been broken to access the product inside.
Damaged Products*: A “damaged” product includes damage to the original packaging (wet, crushed, ripped, punctured, etc.) or to the item in the packaging itself rendering it unusable.
*Please note damaged products need to be processed quicker than a normal return
Incorrect Product: An “incorrect” product includes any item shipped that was either guaranteed to fit your machine or does not match the invoice you received.

If you are still unsatisfied with your machine purchase, we offer a 60-day return guarantee.
To return a machine, contact the shop at (813) 661-9000 or through the Juki Junkies email (sewingmachines411@gmail.com) explaining the reason you wish to return your item. All emails are usually answered within 24-48 hours. Once we receive your email, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on returning your machine. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days before a new one must be issued. We’ll take it from there.

Unopened Juki Machine | Machines may be exchanged for an item of equal price or refunded to the original payment method. The cost of the shipping labels will be deducted from the final refund. |
Opened Juki Machine | Machines in re-sellable condition may be refunded with a 20% processing fee* and shipping cost/s deducted from the final refund. We also reserve the right to deduct the cost of any missing items that came with the original order. If the machine is not returned in re-sellable condition, a store credit will be issued and the restocking fee may be subject to change. |
Damaged Juki Machine | Damaged machines need to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving your machine. Pick up will be coordinated. Please provide photo/video evidence for us to process a claim on your behalf with our carrier. Once a claim is validated, we will send you a new machine free of charge.

Incorrect Juki Machine | If you receive an incorrect machine, we will cover the cost to ship the machine back to us. Once we receive the incorrect machine, we will send you the correct machine within 1-3 days. |

If you're experiencing any issues with any accessories/merchandise that require you to select a specific machine type, please call us at (813) 661-9000 to allow us to troubleshoot with you prior to initiating a return.

Special Order Items
We understand there are so many accessories available for your Juki machine and sometimes, those items do not appear on our website! When that is the case, we are more than happy to special order these accessories for you. However, please note that once we order these items, we are unable to cancel or return the order to our vendor. This means all special orders are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for a refund if returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Listed below are a few items that are non-refundable and are final sale once purchased. This is either due to the guidelines from our vendors, extensive/costly shipping processes such as drop shipping or using freight shipments, or specific products that would become unsellable once opened such as software. Processing Refunds
Once your item has been received, please allow 2-5 days for us to process the item and for the refund to appear in your bank account. The refund will be directed through the original form of payment made at the time. If your refund does not appear within the 2-5 days, please contact your bank account BEFORE contacting Juki Junkies.
