Not all projects need crazy fancy quilting, and if you are just starting out this a great tool to use to help get your projects quilted and secure. Perfect for any beginners who are just learning to quilt as well. With a spring on the left, it adjusts to fluctuating thickness of fabric. This foot is high shank, and is all metal and will not work on any computerized machines.

Used commonly for edges of bags, decorative lines, etc. It easily goes over the multi-layered segment with a 5mm diameter hole to pass the cord through. This presser foot is used to sew the edge of fabrics along with the right side of the piping. Use the groove to keep the piping in place while stitching.
