Sewing capabilities and feed performance that respond to a broad range of uses in the sewing of
heavy materials. With its larger needle bar stroke, larger lift of the presser foot, and newly adopted
double-tension mechanism, the machine sews beautifully with thick threads (low count thread) and at
higher thread tensions. This allows the machine to sew a broad range of heavy materials.

The Space Saver Stand options allows the machine bed to stick out from the left hand side of the table allowing an opening or free arm advantage. This table is 20 x 27.

The newly developed mode of highly rigid rectangular feed guarantees outstanding feed performance.
In addition, the ratio between the alternating vertical movements of the walking foot and presser foot
remains unchanged even when the material thickness changes. With this feature, the machine sews
multi-layered parts of the material consistently and without stitch gathering.
The machine is equipped as standard with a mechanism to correct uneven material feed by
making-micro adjustments to the bottom-feed. Compared with the elliptical feed, the rectangular feed
helps reduce gathered stitches.

The slimmed-down throat plate easily adjusts to the sewing of small tubular articles with diameters as small as φ40mm. This enhances the machine’s ability to smoothly sew not only bags and shoes, but also small article such as wallets. JUKI NA-11/NA-11UT Direct-drive, 1-needle, Top and Bottom-feed, Lockstitch Machine with Double-capacity Hook

Product Features:

  • Needle thread clamping device

    The needle thread device is standard equipment. As a result, the needle thread at the start of sewing does not come out on the cloth, so the start of sewing beautiful finished seams. Operators use scissors less often and can prevent damage to the material caused by thread picking.

  • Increased productivity by improved operability

    The machine achieves a longer distance from machine arm to needle by adopting a high long arm. This means the machine dramatically increases workability when sewing large products such as sofas and car seats.

  • The direct drive system and the operation panel

    The sewing machine has been integrated with the control box and the operation panel for ease of use. The direct-drive motor system has been adopted by all of the sewing machine. This sewing machine is provided with a high-torque direct-drive motor that supports heavy-weight materials. Thanks to this motor, the sewing machine achieves excellent responsiveness and maintains strong material-penetrating power even when sewing multi-layered parts of material.

  • LED Light

    The LED light is located on the underside of the arm jaw. It reduces operator fatigue and improves work efficiency. It is provided as standard for all models of the NA-11 Series.

  • Feeding mechanism

    The machine’s powerful top & bottom feed demonstrates its performance when sewing leather and heavy fabric. The lift of the presser foot is as high as 16 mm, which responds to the sewing of bucky materials.

  • Horizontal-axis full-rotary double-capacity hook

    The adoption of the horizontal-axis double-capacity hook helps reduce the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby promising sewing work with efficiency. This hook is also helpful not only when sewing with thick thread but also when sewing a long seam length.

  • Mechanism of automatic thread trimmer (NA-11UT)

    The automatic thread trimmer achieves consistent thread trimming regardless of thickness of the thread, i.e., from thin to thick thread. The machine has adopted the rotary thread trimming mechanism which matches, in particular, design stitch with thick thread for furniture and bags. The automatic thread trimmer improves workability and increases productivity. When compared with the sewing machine without a thread trimmer, the NA-11UT substantially decreases the consumption of thread. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.

System 134R is generally used in single needle lockstitch industrial sewing machines. These needles are used with Juki Longarm machines including sit downs (Miyabi J-350QVP, Miyabi QVP S, and TL-2200QVP and TL-2200QVP S).

The The Juki DU- 1181N 1-Needle, Top and bottom-feed, Lockstitch Machine with Double- Capacity Hook.

With its powerful top and bottom feed mechanism, the machine smoothy feeds a difficult-to-feed material or a multi-layered part of material without pitch errors, achieving consistent seam quality. The higher lift of the presser foot lifts up to 15mm/ 0.59' making it ideal for bag making. The machine delivers increased productivity at a sewing speed as high as 2,000 SPM with an 18.78 x 7.008 inch throat.  The bobbin capacity is a double capacity hook not your typical standard size bobbin. Due to its optimum balance, this machine achieves low-vibration and low-noise, making it ideal for a comfortable work environment. In other words this machine is wonderful for a home environment or a shop. The stitch pitch can be adjusted in both the normal and reverse directions. The height and inclination of the feed dog can be adjusted. The amount of the alternating vertical movement of the walking foot and presser foot is adjusted in a range from 2 to 5mm according to the height of a multi-layered section of material. Recommended for:  Pliable leather, vinyl, faux, and medium weight fabrics.

With the top and bottom feed technology, the presser foot aids in pulling the fabric, allowing for medium weight materials to be sewn more easily. This machine works great for bag making, wallets, and the type of project your domestic machine cannot handle. Not recommended for upholstery materials, or real thick leather. This machine is not for light weight materials. This product weighs 250 pounds, machine comes disassembled.  All you have to do is add the belt to the motor, assemble spool holder and tension dials.  Additionally,  machine needs to be dropped into table with safety clips. Returns: Due to the delivery and size of the machine returns are not accepted.  Variations: Due to the nature of industrial sewing machines table colors may vary. Disclaimer: Industrial machines are tough, but due to their weight there may be some minor scratches on the head or the table during shipping. This is normal when shipping industrial sewing machines.
