With its powerful top and bottom feed mechanism, the machine smoothy feeds a difficult-to-feed material or a multi-layered part of material without pitch errors, achieving consistent seam quality.

The higher lift of the presser foot lifts up to 15mm/ 0.59′ making it ideal for bag making.

The machine delivers increased productivity at a sewing speed as high as 2,000 SPM with an 18.78 x 7.008 inch throat. 

The bobbin capacity is a double capacity hook not your typical standard size bobbin.

Due to its optimum balance, this machine achieves low-vibration and low-noise, making it ideal for a comfortable work environment. In other words this machine is wonderful for a home environment or a shop.

The stitch pitch can be adjusted in both the normal and reverse directions.

The height and inclination of the feed dog can be adjusted.

The amount of the alternating vertical movement of the walking foot and presser foot is adjusted in a range from 2 to 5mm according to the height of a multi-layered section of material.

The horizontal feed cam, top and bottom feed cam, and top feed cam can be adjusted after opening the rubber caps (three caps) in top of the machine head.

With the top and bottom feed technology, the presser foot aids in pulling the fabric, allowing for medium weight materials to be sewn more easily.

This machine works great for bag making, wallets, and the type of project your domestic machine cannot handle. Not recommended for upholstery materials, or real thick leather. This machine is not for light weight materials.

This product weighs 250 pounds, machine comes disassembled. 

All you have to do is add the belt to the motor, assemble spool holder and tension dials.  Additionally,  machine needs to be dropped into table with safety clips.

JUKI Simple Series sewing machine LK-1900S has been designed to have simplified and narrowed down capabilities that are essentially required to produce JUKI's established seam quality. In addition, it supports the operator with the voice guidance system to improve work efficiency. Juki's quality is achieved by simple functions: Higher Productivity This sewing machine shortens the total cycle time with its improved capabilities such as the maximum sewing speed of 3,200 sti/min, quick acceleration at the beginning of sewing and quick deceleration at the end of sewing, increased thread trimming speed and work clamp foot lifting speed. This sewing machine quickly carries out sewing of various kinds of sewing patterns The sewing machine is provided as standard with 51 sewing patterns with different stitch directions and number of stitches, such as large bartacking, small bartacking, straight line tacking.   • The stitch length can be easily selected by the stitch dial.
  • The machine is provided with many improved features that offer enhanced operability such as an easy-to-observe area around the needle, placement of the bobbin winder on the front face of the machine arm, and a large handwheel (φ160).
  • A knee-lifter mechanism is built in the bed. This reduces the pressure required to operate the knee-lifter and facilitates setup. (Machines equipped with automatic thread trimmer are excluded.)
  • The machine is full-open-type top design makes it possible to fully open the top of the machine arm. Thanks to this design, adjusting works can be done without tilting the machine head.

  • With just a light press on the one-touch type reverse feed button, reverse feed stitching is actuated. Furthermore if a suspended ruler is attached on the machine or a 3-dimensional sewing product is sewn, the button can be shifted upward to prevent interruption.
  • The auto-lifter (pedal switch type) helps to increase efficiency by reducing operator fatigue.

Thread trimming without fail (LU-1560N-7, LU-1561N-7)

The machine leaves a shorter needle thread after thread trimming, improving thread consumption efficiency. With a rigid knife and improved cam shape, the thread trimmer cuts thread as thick as #5 without fail.

The maximum stitch length is 10mm. The complete rectangular feed locus enables accurate feed of extra heavy materials while preventing stitch gathering. With its sufficient needle bar stroke of 38mm and long 190R needle, the compound feed machine supports the sewing of extra heavy materials. The walking foot machine comes with an extra-large steel handwheel with a diameter as large as φ175.

The new mechanism with a rectangular feeding motion promises consistent feed of materials of all thickness without stitch gathering. The lower orbit of the feed dog prevents the material from flopping and reduces operating noise and vibration.

The alternating vertical movement mechanism prevents irregular stitches

The machine has adopted a new mechanism that does not change the ratio of alternate vertical movement of the walking foot and presser foot even when the material thickness changes. Even when a heavy-weight material is used, the presser foot lift does not decrease. This means that the presser foot comes into contact with the material at exactly the same time that it does when sewing lighter-weight sections of the material. As a result, the walking foot retains the material with a consistent pressure to prevent irregular stitches.
